Meet Courtney

Courtney received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Heidelberg University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio.
Courtney’s clinical focus includes, but is not limited to:
anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, PTSD, somatic symptoms and body awareness, generational trauma and breaking the cycles, postpartum anxiety and depression, traumatic birth experiences, grief, self-esteem, body image and body positivity, stress management, life transitions, women’s issues, relationships and communication, infidelity recovery, healing after divorce, chronic pain and medical conditions, health anxiety, parts work, self-care, and wellness practices.
Courtney is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. She believes in the power of compassion and empathy, and values the strength of the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing.
Her approach is tailored to the whole person — mind, body, heart, and soul — and is grounded in evidence-based and integrative modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Approaches.
Courtney meets each client where they are, honoring their pace and lived experiences. She helps clients reconnect with their inner strengths, navigate life’s complexities, and find meaning, purpose, and healing in their stories. She is especially passionate about supporting women through the full spectrum of life — from trauma and loss to growth and self-discovery.
