Trauma Informed Care
At BLOOM, trauma-informed care isn’t just a framework — it’s a commitment to honoring your story, your pace, and your inner wisdom.
I recognize that trauma can take many forms — from acute or chronic experiences to subtle wounds that quietly shape how we see ourselves, our relationships, and the world. Whether it stems from childhood experiences, relational trauma, medical trauma, loss, or life transitions, your trauma is valid — and your healing is possible.
In trauma-informed therapy, you are always in control. Together, we create a space that feels emotionally and physically safe, where your nervous system can begin to settle and your parts can begin to speak.
I use approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based therapies, and compassion-focused strategies that gently support you in reconnecting with yourself — not by forcing change, but by fostering curiosity, safety, and self-leadership.
Trauma can leave us feeling disconnected — from our bodies, our emotions, and even our sense of self. Through trauma-informed care, we work together to help you reclaim connection, restore your sense of agency, and begin to heal in a way that respects your whole being: mind, body, heart, and soul.
Healing from trauma doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. It means learning how to carry your story with compassion and strength — and rediscovering who you are underneath the pain.
You don’t have to do it alone. When you’re ready, I’m here to walk with you.
